Where do you go or what do you do when you need a break. We all need that one spot where we can relax and let go when we get stressed or overwhelmed.
If you don’t have one already, where can you create one? Can you clear a corner of a room and put things there that you enjoy? Maybe pictures or posters, musical instruments, hobbies… Make your own spot where you can calm down and maybe even meditate when you need it.
It will be well worth the effort.
