It’s similar to giving a five-year-old child chores to do. If you tell them to:

- Take the dog out for a walk.
- Do the dishes.
- Bring the garbage out to the sidewalk.

… You’ll see their eyes begin to glaze over because they lost you after the second task.
They’ll become so overwhelmed in fact that they most likely won’t do any of them… but, if you told them simply to clean their room; they’d be excited to make you happy and do it.
Then you could give them the next task to do until they’ve completed it.
Eventually they’ll have successfully completed all their tasks.
Your subconscious mind is similar to a young child in that it’s very eager, it wants to help you but it doesn’t know how.
It must be given simple step-by-step instructions of what to do.
Once it’s given clear and simple instructions it will complete the task quickly, efficiently and easily.
