So when creating suggestions, speaking to others and especially in your self talk here’s some things to consider.

1. Simple words
2. Reward
3. Make it fun
4. Positive
5. Easy steps to follow
   Only a few at a time
6. Attainable
7. Measurable
   Leave nothing to the imagination – Be sure-not iffy or maybe
8. Speak to them in pictures
9. Use their sense of imagination – very developed
