- It records all 6 senses -Touch, sight, taste, smell, sound and imagination.
- It’s like a tape-recorder being used on a different planet.
- It records what it sees and in this case feels, hears etc…
- It’s like a mental vacuum cleaner sucking in everything in it’s way.
Imagined and real events hold the same value to the subconscious mind.

Different levels – The deeper you relax the deeper memories are stored.
- Information is not absolute. It changes as you do and can be overwritten.
- altered or reprogrammed.
- It makes No decisions – that’s the job of the conscious mind.
- It does not judge – it just goes on, existing.
That’s what makes it so easy to program or condition through affirmations, suggestion, guided imagery or hypnosis.
It accepts all so it will accept any suggestions given unless the conscious mind rejects them first.
