Weight Loss IV
By Daniel Smith, CHP
Imagine yourself eating the foods that you normally would eat. You notice that once you eat ½ the portion of food on your plate you become extremely full, almost uncomfortable. You are unable to take another bite. You will experience this feeling each time you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will notice when you have the urge to snack of foods. You prefer healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. After eating your healthy snacks, you will feel fantastic, knowing it is what your body needs.
Your self esteem will improve and you will start feeling very good about yourself. You will crave this feeling and will want it to carry over to your main meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will prefer healthy foods like vegetables and baked meats with small portions of carbohydrates like rice, pastas and breads. You will start to feel like you need to exercise more.
You have moments were you see yourself in the gym, the size weight and muscle tone you want to be. You are very very happy with yourself as you see yourself in the gym working out. It is the feeling you have been searching for, for a long time. Feel the sweat roll from your brow, you experience the runners high that you heard so much about and it is very addicting. After your workout you can’t wait for your next workout. You realize this is what you really want to do, it is what you love doing. To obtain this feeling you will constantly look for excuses to workout.
