Being positive and looking for solutions will get you through any problem… and that you can overcome and handle feeling of stress
This is the new you…You are more positive…You are more relaxed…You cope with stress in your life in a much more positive manner.
You are a calm, confident person and with this more positive approach to life stresses, you are much more productive while remaining calm, cool, and collective.
Whenever you notice negative thoughts creeping into your mind…Say NO to yourself quietly…and think of a safe, calm, place… Tell yourself I can handle this… I am calm and confident…I can do this…I am in control of my life and how I deal with this situation.
Continue to focus on your breathing and your life and how things are so much better when you handle your stress in a positive way.
Notice how wonderful this feels and how confident you are in yourself.
You now know that there are easy, simple solutions to stressful situations and you remain in control at all times.
Tell yourself most of what you worry about, never happens, and by remaining positive you control your destiny.
