How to Use These Scripts
These scripts are specifically designed to address all of the concerns and issues of childbirth, especially those for pain and discomfort. They can be used by:
- A Hypnosis Practitioner in sessions with the client for preparation before delivery.
- By a partner or support person of the expecting mother to help her through the process.
- Or by the mother as self-hypnosis as required.
They can be used as traditional sessions adding an Induction and Deepener or used “as-is” to get straight to the point and begin the pain release and comfort as soon as possible.
