- Maybe they treat you rude at work each day..
- Maybe they’re just not a very nice person..
Do you let it go?
Do you get resentful or angry towards them?
Do you keep carrying it with you?
Resentment is like a Poop bag
You carry it waiting for the person to get you angry again so you can throw in in their face
But you carry it all the time
You’re the one who’s always smelling…
It affects ONLY You!
Holding onto resentment and anger continually can affect your health, success and relationships too]
- It makes you critical of others
- Quick tempered and shuts off your immune system affecting your health
- Worse of all it attracts MORE of what you resent!
Let go of it and the way to do that is to be willing to FORGIVE
You’re angry because “they didn’t do what YOU expected them to do”
I forgive you for not doing what I expected you to do
Let it go and drop the BAG… forget it – move on!
It’s that simple…
So get rid of that POOP Bag
